(b. San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic, 1953).
This Dominican designer studied painting and design at the "Canodo Bidó" Art School. He was extremely active in the remodeling and restoration of the colonial center of Santo Domingo, and later held a position of designer at the Fine Arts School at the Central University of the same city. His group exhibitions include the following: 1981, III Biennial-Iberoamericana of Arte, Mexico City (Mexico); 1985, XVIII Biennial of Sío Paulo, Sío Paulo (Brazil); 1997, Biennial of Venice, Italy; 1998, Group Show, Museum of Contemporary Art, Washington D.C. (USA).
