Sifuentes is an interdisciplinary artist from Los Angeles, who now lives in New York City. He graduated from Trinity College and has participated with Guillermo Gomez-Peña in performances, readings and projects around the United States, Europe and Latin America. One of these collaborations is The Temple of Confessions, a performance interactive installation exhibited in the Corcoran Gallery, NY in October of 1996. Other collaborations are: The Naftazteca: For Cyber-Aztec TV 2000 AD, an interactive performance between art and television, with a special transmission to more than six million homes; and The Dangerous Border Game. At the beginning of 1995 he participated in Terreno Peligroso/Danger Zone, a bi-national project and exchange of ideas between Mexican and Chicanos performers which included private and public dialogues between performers in Los Angeles and Mexico City.
