(b. Rio Lindo, Honduras, 1929; d.1995) He studied in the National School of Fine Arts and at the National School of Art at the Autonomous University of Mexico starting in 1949. After his return to Honduras, in 1954, he became the head of the National school of Fine Arts and Supervisor of the Art department at the General Direction of Media education. In 1988, he founded the Lazzaroni Gallery where he taught painting classes and exhibits his works. In his technique, he utilized acrylics, silicon, and various types of templates and glue. His themes deal with the human figure, and the social aspects of human beings with in magic realism. He did engravings with linoleum, wood and hard water and used white and black colors. The themes in his engravings, like his paintings, also deal with the human race, but adding an expressionistic character to them.
