(b. Tegucigalpa, Honduras, 1950) In 1966, he graduated from the School of Fine Arts and studied engraving in Costa Rica in 1978. His works began to strengthen at the Studio La Merced sponsored by UNAH. He exhibited at a national and international level. Fanconi also participated with the Taller de la Merced. In his works, the artist shows a tendency to work in the Cubist style. His subjects deal with the human race, their work and daily problems.

He has experimented with various techniques ranging from pastels, chalk, watercolors, to acrylics and oils, but has worked exclusively with oil on canvas since 1968. He puts figurative elements in his works. He is interested in portraying the human race surrounded by their social tendencies. He has exhibited in solo and collectors exhibitions since 1968 in Honduras and the United States. He has participated in several workshops that have experimented artistically.
